2000: Bringing History Back Home

"Bringing History Back Home" displays the results of a year-long project to hunt down, and bring back home, materials of historical significance to the region that were not in the possession of local museums. Using the Internet and haunting auction sites, Past Times found items ranging from old estate valuations that included the listing of slaves to early-day soda bottles to century-old maps that pinpoint the location of every building in a county.

Back issues remain for sale for $2.50 a copy, plus tax and shipping.
